Can not praise this company enough. We have recently used to buy our first property in Spain. Process was so smooth I signed Power of Attorney in the Notary with Melissa as Interpreter and then Rosa sorted everything out including NIE (literally going the extra mile) water and electricity accounts. Absolutely AWFUL firm that I am surprised is allowed to operate. Took over two years to get money that was owed to us back. Never respond to emails and if you phone they’ll say they’re in a meeting and will call back.. they never do. Very quick to chase money that’s owed to them but forget it if they owe you money! Avoid at all costs if you want good customer service and a reasonable time frame for your work to be carried out.
