Rupert was professional at processing the sale of my house, but there is an unresolved issue involving some owed money for utility bills, and retainer. However despite my numerous e mails, and WatsApp, neither he or his assistant Marina, has had the courtesy to reply to me to explain why the delay. All could have been avoided, and a shame I have to generate this partial negative review.

I needed a translation of a bank statement for my residency, Ruperts communication, price and delivery were excellent. And when I needed a copy last minute his assistant was super helpful in preparing it and delivering it. Highly recommended and I will be back.
