Abogados Dreher

Ich kann die Angabe meines Vorgängers unten nur bestätigen, auch zu mir war Herr Dreher zunächst freundlich, forderte mich auf Vorkasse zu leisten um ja sofort für mich tätig werden zu können, er erinnerte mich mehrfach daran zu zahlen! Ich fasse mich kürzer wie der Herr unten, es geschah nichts, ich schrieb Dreher zunächst höflich und verständnisvoll, er hätte sicher viel zu tun, aber nichts geschah. Mein Ton wurde nun fordernder und dann reagierte er gar nicht mehr. Erst als ich mit Anzeige und Meldung an die Anwaltskammer drohte reagierte er wieder, bearbeitete meinen Fall nur sporadisch und drohte mir mit Konsequenzen wenn ich das hier öffentlich mache, ich kann das hier alles belegen und schreibe das deshalb dennoch um Andere nach mir vor meinem Schicksal zu schützen. Ich kann beim besten Willen, nicht zu Herrn Dreher raten! Die Awaltskammer wird von mir hierzu unterrichtet!

Das schlechteste Ergebnis, das ich jemals erfahren habe !!! Ja, sofortige Buchung gegen Vorauskasse möglich. Ja, termingerechte WhatsApp-Konferenz ( bereits bezahlt) ! Zusage "Vertragsentwurf" am gleichen Tag bis 19:00 Uhr. Kein Eingang !!! Telefonmaraton am Folgetag. Endlich Kontakt. Das Statement: Vertragsentwurf bis 19:00 Uhr. Natürlich wieder kein Ergebnis. Weder telefonisch noch per Email irgendeine Rückmeldung. Achtung: für mich ist das ein Fake-Account der die Leute gegen Vorkasse einmalig abzockt und nie wieder auftaucht. Schade, aber das gibt es eben auch. Bitte zwei mal überlegen vor einer Buchung ...

Unseriös, hält sich nicht an Absprachen und Termine, lässt sich Vorkasse bezahlen und macht dann seine Arbeit nicht oder sehr schlecht, antwortet nicht auf Nachfrage, habe 900 € bezahlt ohne dass der Mann ernsthaft tätig geworden ist, der Fall geht an die Anwaltskammer Teneriffa in der Hoffnung mein Geld zurückzubekommen, unprofessionell, absolute Warnung vor diesem "Anwalt"

Wir können Herrn Dreher absolut empfehlen. Sehr zuverlässig! Würden ihn immer wieder beauftragen!

I hired Oliver Dreher back in December 2021 to handle my residency application in Spain. I paid him up front (my first mistake). Initially he was very helpful and explained the process to me. As I am married to a European with Spanish residency the application for a European family member card is relatively simple. Unless, of course, you hire Oliver Dreher to carry out the application procedure. I want to say here that if he is no longer alive then I do apologise to his family for this post. I provided the documents as required to ensure my application would be successful. I paid the necessary fees etc Then it became a waiting game. I'm a very patient person. So, I waited. And waited. I heard nothing. I chased Oliver who informed me that the application process took time. I started to contact the immigration office myself. Going to the capital and queuing for ages to see someone. Apparently not all of the documents were submitted correctly by Oliver. And due to the time that had passed my documents were out of date. I had to renew my various documents before I could receive a resolution. This meant more appointments with the bank, insurance company, consulate, council etc. Finally after a year or so I received the resolution which was unfavorable. The reason being my application had been completed on the wrong form. My immigration lawyer had submitted the wrong document. I needed to update Oliver so he could rectify the errors, I tried to contact him and after many failed telephone calls, emails and WhatsApp messages to inform him of this mistake I finally got a response from him. Eventually in April 2023 the appeal was submitted. I had to go to the council offices and update various details and I submitted the papers. A job that I had paid Oliver to do. This was so stressful as I only had 10 days to get my documents in order and resubmitted. Why my lawyer, who had already been paid, didn't do this I don't know? The same man who said that he would do everything for me to ensure my application was submitted even to come to the offices when I had to collect my residency card. I forget to mention that during this time I was very ill and hospitalised on many occasions of which my lawyer was aware. I needed him to step up and do his job, the one I had paid him to do. In December 2023 I contacted Oliver for an update and I heard nothing from him. I tried by email and telephone and WhatsApp. Nothing. I tried again in January 2024. Nothing. I tried a few more times to contact Oliver until I realised that I wasn't going to hear from him ever again nor was he going to honour his work commitment to me. I did think that maybe he was sick or had died. I still don't actually know. Anyway, I lost my money that I paid Oliver in fees for work he didn't complete. There's nothing I can do about that. I'll never get that money back. Due to his incompetence as a lawyer I have had to spend much more money on rectifying the mistakes that he made with my residency application. During this time I was unable to work as I didn't have any papers, I couldn't use the health care system for my ill health, I couldn't have a local Spanish bank account and many more restrictions that cost me financially and mentally. I can't actually convey how stressful this has been nor is. The words here barely demonstrate the anxiety that has been caused by Oliver Dreher, lawyer in Los Cristianos. I don't recommend him and I hope that he is not practicing as a lawyer anymore!
