Terrible experiencia. Han hecho demandas al banco que han casi hecho que no se de la venta de la casa y nos han causado problemas y estrés para realizar la venta.

My apartment has been sold through Vincent Real Estate. Included in the contract with Vincent was legal services to be provided by the Benijofar office of M&S Interealty. Interealty would provide assistance with finalising the Suma, Plus Valia and Spanish Capital Gains Tax. The services they provided can best be described as client unfriendly, unprofessional and lack of quality. As a result of their bad services I was fined by the Spanish tax authorities because the Spanish Capital Gains Tax declaration and subsequent payment was done too late. The apartment has been sold early 2022. I have sent them documentation needed for Capital Gains Tax declaration shortly thereafter. I did not receive any reply. It was only in 2023 after many reminders that they started taking action. But then only for Suma, and Plus Valia. They did not take any action on the Capital Gains Tax until various emails. But then it was already too late. Although I have provided Interealty with proof of their wrongdoing they are unwilling to admit their mistake and repay the fine. No, I will definitely not suggest their services to others.

Really bad experience. The female lawyer that I engaged to help me regarding owners change in a deed, and contacting suppliers (electricity, water, etc) regarding change in my contact data, did her job to be fair. But tried to charge me a LOT more than we agreed on. She sent me bills for job I did not ordered and when we set up meetings for clarifications, she always let me wait in the hallway for looong time. And her explanations was confusing, aggressive and passive aggressive. I felt quite uncomfortable and lost respect and trust quite quickly. When I pointed out that we had a written agreement about the price, she denied it and asked me to prove it. So I came back with the signed document (actually I was smart enough to bring a photocopy of it, leaving the original at home. Didn't trust her to not destroy it). She took the document and then used a pen to change the values!! Incredible! I also confronted her with the fact that she had charged me for her own job. Work that was not done, and work for other clients. I felt the whole thing was a big scam. At then end I had paid 10 times more than agreed on, and still she kept coming at me aggressively, with more and more undocumented and false claims. I just had to let her go at the end. I really do not recommend this company! Horrible! Be very very careful!
