Our father passed away in Spain, and had a property and numerous assets to deal with in Spain as well as the UK. Our UK solicitor recommended Temis, and we are so glad that they did. We aren't Spanish speakers, and we were largely ignorant of Spanish laws, the various authorities that would need to be contacted or many other matters. Temis provided an exceptional service and clearly explained what was happening at all points and what was required of us. Beyond that, owing to our inability to travel and other factors, we requested (and were provided) assistance with many matters that would typically have required us to contact many other parties to make arrangements (securing the property in Spain, arranging some maintenance work, etc). We were incredibly well cared for from beginning to end. They kept in communication not only with us and with parties in Spain, but also with our UK solicitor and accountant. Everything was covered, and executed thoughtfully and quickly. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
