Buying a house in another country, with another language and other laws: it is a dream and a challenge at the same time. And it is very risky, and perhaps naive, to do that without (legal) specialists. Especially if you come from the Netherlands, like us, where for example the notary has a completely different role than in Spain. Long story short: we chose TLA Corp to be our legal representative in Spain and that turned out to be a very good decision.
