A few months ago, Edenlex took responsibility for my parents' immigration case from Iran to Europe. The professional and dedicated team of this company handled all the stages with precision and high speed, and fortunately, my parents' visas were issued, allowing them to successfully enter European soil. Unfortunately, just a few days after their arrival in Europe, one of my dear loved ones passed away suddenly. This bitter event was extremely heavy and painful for our family. In these very difficult circumstances, Edenlex went far beyond any expectation and, without any obligation, stood by us. The company's team not only provided us with valuable emotional support and were there for us in the tough moments, but also offered extensive and effective help in all administrative procedures, preparing the necessary documents, coordinating with authorities, and handling the matters related to transferring the remains to Iran. This support enabled us, despite all the hardships, to bring the remains back to Iran and bury them in our homeland.
