I have nothing but praise for the way that Carolina handled the sale of my house. Due to personal circumstances , I was not able to stay in Spain, Carolina arranged for a Power of Attorney, and everything went smoothly. A discrepancy was found between the dimensions of the house and plot, and the dimensions registered with the Land Registry. Carolina arranged for this to be corrected and re-registered with minimal delay. With the house being legally registered, with energy certificate obtained, the sale went without a hitch and the money has been deposited in my bank. Now all thats left is to pay CGT within 90 days, and I trust Carolina to help me with this. I have no hesitation in recommending Carolina to help with any legal business you may have.
