Once again this law firm demonstrates to a woman their lack of attention to the facts and their willingness to allow their client to engage in defamatory behaviour. What is written by J Señor below about a "woman" is not true. The senior partner at Bufete Buigas has been made aware of the untruthful statement penned by J Señor and also made aware that J Xiberta used Bufete Buigas letterhead in a sad attempt to threaten and intimidate the woman after J Señor had sent a forged solicitors letter to the women. The facts are that J Senor has threatened the woman since November 10 2015 with a false solicitors letter and even with a letter on Bufete Buigas letterhead penned by J. Xiberta. This woman has requested to Bufete Buigas to address the defamatory paragraph about a woman written by J Señor. For the time being Bufete Buigas only deserves 1 Star as they remain complacent and unwilling to rectify untruths and possibly complicit to defamation. The senior partner in April of 2018 failed to recognize that J Xiberta’s letter and email to this woman were riddled with ridiculous requests such as requesting that she apologize to Oxford. (Oxford is a public institution and probably would not be very happy to know that J Señor was allowing his friend to announce him to the Ecuadorian public as a visiting Professor of Oxford when he is not and has never held such a title. Why would J Xiberta make such a request?). It is my opinion that J Xiberta crossed the line by not representing the truth in his threatening letter to the woman and disappearing when this woman’s legal advisors reached out to him to understand under what context he would lend his name and reputation to such absurd requests. There was a complaint launched to the Colegio de Abogados de Barcelona but what J Senor states below is again not accurate as the CAB did not pass any judgement on the content of the various threats made to the woman and actually failed to keep the facts correct about the complaint such as who was the author of the forged solicitors letter (JS). Bufete Buigas should be at the forefront of truth, ethics, honesty, gender sensitivity given their proclivity to canon law and not simply ignore the truth and facts whilst turning a blind eye from unethical actions.
