I have been using Strong Abogados since 2020, mainly for their property services/full conveyancing and few other legal matters too. Teresa has a wealth of knowledge and speaks perfect English which was extremely helpful when I first arrived in Tenerife and did not speak a word of Spanish. Teresa and her team are extremely professional, knowledgeable, fast and efficient. Communication is fast and to the point with all the small details and information one needs to feel fully confident purchasing in a different country. Besides, Teresa is very friendly and makes you feel listened to and answer any doubts you might have. I have now purchased 5 properties in Tenerife using their services and I would never ever think of doing so without consulting Teresa first and following her advice especially in the Canaries where the purchase process is very different and so many properties do not have the correct legal documents etc. I would highly recommend Teresa and Strong Abogados. I am myself planning on using their services anytime a legal matter arises in my life as I know that they have the best of my interests in mind when offering their advice and services.

My partner and I were so lucky to find and work with the Incwell team, as we moved to Tenerife and obtained our residency using their their services.
